For a long number of years I held positions of Service Manager, Regional Manager and Aftersales Director for large Plc’ who operate the main dealerships. As an Aftersales Director, I managed 16 prestige dealerships aftersales departments, with over 300 staff and a turnover of over £30 million. Over the years I have built up a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the industry and in particular, how the servicing & repair of prestige cars should be done and what the customer wants.
I set the business up six years ago with the aim of offering customers a real alternative to the main dealer and you can be assured that when you bring your car in for service, we will carry out the service in accordance to the manufactures standards using the correct grade of oil and original quality parts for your car. This is important to maintain your cars warranty and allows us to give you the assurance that your manufactures warranty is fully guaranteed.
We are aware that motor trade is often seen as having a poor reputation for customer satisfaction, honesty and over-pricing. We have set out to change this and as a family business we aim to give you a very high standard of customer care with honest advice at a really competitive price. This approach has been our success and over last five years it has allowed us to grow the business and as mentioned previously, we now have over 12,000 satisfied customers.
